The company was formed in 1991 by the present Directors to manufacture custom designed transformers and inductors for the industrial and commercial sector.

A comprehensive understanding of the requirements of the electronics industry has enabled the company to develop lean manufacturing techniques to deliver quality products at competitive prices with minimum stock holding for the customer.

Although a wide range of products are manufactured they can be categorised into three main ranges:-

- Ferrite based for Switch Mode power supplies.

- Lamination mains transformers.

- Transformers for Valve audio amplifiers.

National and international markets are served direct from our Poole based factory with larger volume requirements met directly from our associate company in India.
